Total Ag Solutions is seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our agricultural equipment customers by accurately identifying and sourcing the right parts for their needs. What you'll be doing

• Interpret customer enquiries and identify the appropriate parts required for their agricultural equipment.

• Source and procure the necessary parts from our extensive inventory or through our supplier network.

• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers to ensure they receive the correct parts for their needs.

• Maintain accurate records and inventory controls to ensure efficient parts management.

• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our parts management processes and systems.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar role within the agricultural equipment industry.

• Exceptional product knowledge and the ability to quickly identify and source the right parts.

• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide clear and helpful advice to customers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Proficient in using parts management software and inventory systems.

• A keen eye for detail and a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
