Mechanical Foreman - Cowra

Total Ag Solutions is seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to join our Cowra workshop. You'll provide day-to-day support to the workshop team, assist with coordinating workflow, and help ensure repairs and servicing are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day running of the workshop.

Supervise and mentor technicians and apprentices.

Allocate and monitor workshop jobs.

Assist with diagnostics and complex repairs when required.

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Work closely with the Parts and Service teams.
About You
-
Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic or Agricultural Technician.

Previous experience in a leading hand, foreman or senior technician role is desirable.

Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.

Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

A commitment to safety, quality workmanship and customer service.
