Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Total Ag Solutions Pty Ltd ("the Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 7/08/26 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31/10/26 2026 ("Promotion Period"). If no eligible tractors are sold during the Promotion Period, the Promoter reserves the right to extend the Promotion Period. Any extension will be announced on the Total Ag Solutions website and social media channels before the original closing date.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who purchase an eligible tractor during the Promotion Period. Employees of Total Ag Solutions and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. Eligible Tractors

Only the following tractors are eligible for entry into this promotion:

Demonstration tractors have been previously used for display and demonstration purposes.

5. How to Enter

• Customers will receive one (1) automatic entry for each eligible tractor purchased during the Promotion Period.

• No separate entry form is required.

• Multiple entries are permitted where multiple eligible tractors are purchased.

• Cash or finance for the purchase of the eligible tractors are accepted.

​

6. Prize

There is a combination prize consisting of:

• Kubota RTV-XG850 Sidekick (A5KH1RGNCRG058045) with canopy, polly windscreen, and tow hitch. This model is currently on display at our Young branch.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

​

7. Draw

Provided at least one eligible tractor has been sold during the Promotion Period, the winner will be selected by random electronic draw.

​

The draw will take place on:

Date: 16/11/2026, unless stated otherwise on the condition that no eligible tractors have been sold and a date extension has been clarified by Total Ag Solutions.

Location: Total Ag Solutions, electronically under the supervision of the Promoter.

​

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of purchase within 2 business days of the draw. The winner's first name, surname and locality may also be published on the Total Ag Solutions website and official social media channels.

9. prize collection

Delivery of the prize is included within 500 km of the selling Total Ag Solutions branch. Delivery beyond this distance may incur additional freight charges at the winner's expense.

​

10. Unclaimed Prize

If the prize remains unclaimed after three months, the Promoter may conduct a redraw. The redraw (if required) will take place on: 28 February 2027. The redraw winner will be contacted and published in the same manner as the original winner.

11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries. If the promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to any applicable laws. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy

By entering this promotion, entrants agree that the Promoter may collect and use their personal information for the purposes of administering this promotion and contacting the winner. Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
